You and your family are invited for a special Day of Service at the Food Bank!

Please register your family using the form below by December 6th. More details on what to expect are provided at the bottom of the page.

Timing

9:00-9:15 AM: Arrive and enjoy light breakfast

9:20-9:35 AM: Welcome and Brief Remarks

9:40-10:00 AM: Facility Tour

10:00-11:00 AM: Volunteering

11:00-11:15 AM: Clean up

11:15-11:30 AM: Wrap Up

Parking

Please park anywhere in the main parking lot and enter through the Administrative Offices where you will be greeted by staff to direct you.

Attire

Please wear long pants, covered shoulders (t-shirts) and comfortable closed-toe shoes. You can expect to be standing and moving around during the tour and volunteer experience.

If you need to take a break, we will have designated seating with tables. Water will be available in the volunteer center.

Who can volunteer

Because you will be volunteering in an active warehouse with forklifts and pallets, the Food Bank asks that volunteers are at least 8 years of age and supervised by an adult family member.

Volunteers are not allowed to operate equipment or stand on pallets.
