“I excited about working with the younger population who are interested in food/cooking.  As a Chef who has been doing this for 23+ years, it will be great to work with a younger generation that are experiencing the pleasures of cooking for their first time and seeing them build their confidence in the Kitchen.”

Favorite food: Any time I see Duck on the menu I will order it, whether it’s seared duck breast, confit duck legs, or duck liver pate. I hope to raise my own flock one day.
